I used to really be in to X-men when they were doing the whole Messiah Complex event, but I stopped reading right after Second Coming, since than the only X book that I really follow consistently is Uncanny X-Force, all the other books just seemed to angsty to emotional, but this book came along and I felt it was a great departure from every thing else, an X book that is fun to read that I don't feel depressed at the end of. :-) I also like that there back to the school setting. So what are you guys thoughts on it so far?

I think that when Nick Bradshaw took over the book he made Wolverine look like Gerald Butler. :D .... But I like his art reminds me of Arthur Adams stuff.

I thought we had a general agreement on how he has to look like. Now he is a dwarf with the face of Ken. The general good moodynes of this book holds me from criticising that :p

Generally i had to get used to the whole fantasy/sci fi without someone dying or being at least in horrible agony ,which seems to be the theme in every other x-book. But it worked and i liked it. And i laughed quite alot at the Quentin-Stuff and the art wasnt thaaaaaaaaaat beatifull for me .

Also, not enough bewbs to compare with Adams work :PP

Funny I just watched an online review of the latest issue, and the girl reviewing the book said that she felt all the character heads where small. One thing I didn't care for tho was Angel not having pupils( yes I know its a small thing), and your right not enough boobs, but everything else close to Art's stuff.

I like it so far. I didn't realise it was Bradshaw doing the art, I neglected to notice the creative team names...

But the first arc was different enough to make me like it. Hopefully it will be popular enough to justify bringing back the cartoon of the same name (but very different story).

I think it's turned in the 2012 version of the New Mutants when Prof X started up new students... and the art sucks.

Is Nick Bradshaw the new regular on this book?

I am really liking the comic so far. I still need to get #1 and 2 and jumped on at #3 when I heard Nick Bradshaw would be taking over art duties with #4. I really like the art. I wish Wolvie was a bit older looking, but the book does have a nice youthful feel. Colour me pleasantly surprised...I dropped X-titles long ago and am happy that I gave it a chance.

Nick lives less than a couple hours from me in little old New Brunswick, Canada. I met him at Hal-Con 2011 and he gave me some signitures. A really nice guy!

I was really looking forward to this comic when it was announced but I have not been a big fan of the art or first story arc!

The Mini-series Alpha and Omega is pretty darn good so far and the Boschi and Brown art is spot on.

Bradshaw used to do the inner art for the Dynamite 'Army Of Darkness' comics, which I loved. Got the ones even after he stopped and only did the odd variant cover - guess which one I bought!

I seem to like artists who create details more than ones who either blur backgrounds or just add shadow (*cough*Dedato Jr*cough*) everywhere. This book is perfect for Bradshaw.

One thing that took me out of it though, is that Idie is 14 and in Generation Hope she was drawn about the same as the others - yet she looks like she's 8 in Wolverine And The X-Men.
