So, we have a new X-Book with a pleasant art style, funny dialogue and general good humor in it.............SO When are Marvel cancelling it?

It's a X title, I don't think they will unless it furthers their plot, like maybe wolverine and cyke kiss and make up, which I don't see happening, they've had issues since the beginning of clairmonts run, they finally went their separate ways I don't see that being changed anytime soon.

i'm loving this series. probably tied with uncanny x force for my favorite x book right now. i will say that i am not crazy about the new art, chris bachalo was better. seeing all the 'veteran' x men as teachers is really cool.

I'm enjoying Uncanny and X-force the most, but this is a close third, the art sometimes is an eyesore though.

We tend to differ quite often :D

Quentin is numero uno and stays there. Just for the Nuke-Speedos.

Marvel is just looking for money. Easy to divide the team and its members due to people following certain characters.

One thing that I must have missed/not followed is Husk. Did she get a secondary power? I thought she just tore off skin to match what she touched only.

I like that it keeps it simple compared to the last 5-6 years. Theres many brief plots instead of, oh my god prepare for a war that maybe 2-3 people die yearly story.

No, her power has always been to "husk" into anything, as long as it doesn't exceed her body mass. You're mistaking her with people like Absorbing Man or DC's Amazing Man, who transform by touch, but Husk can become any solid she has studied. While that may involve touching, basically after she's studied it, she can become it whenever she wants.

his punisher max run just finished and it was probably some of the best writing on the character i've ever read.

yeah thats a good way of putting it. i was having trouble pin pointing what i liked so much about this book and i think it is that its very simple and easy to get into. not that i dont like big epic story lines, its just nice to have something a little lighter.
