How did you like the Red Pyramid? I'm not sure if I want to read it or not. What do you think of I am number four too? Also thinking about reading it.

currently, i'm enjoying uncanny x-force and ultimate spider-man. ultimate spidey is what got me back into comics after 10 years or so. i look forward to those two titles every month.

recently i picked up FF, cuz i was curious how they were going to integrate spidey into the team. three issues in, the pacing has been really slow and the huge supporting cast of characters annoys me, but i'll stick with it a couple more issues before i make my judgement.

i just finished reading the age of x storyline in the x books. it was meh. i guess i was expecting something bigger like age of apocalypse. oh well.

can anyone suggest a decent and fairly new title that they like? i've been wanting to jump into a new series but i hate heavy continuity where i have to look up wikipedia every 2 pages.

I've just finished my exams so I've got some spare time for reading again finally. Comics-wise I'm reading the Maxx but I'm hoping to set some time aside for Great Expectations.

I've started rereading all the George Martin, Song of Ice and Fire books just because the new show is on HBO and the newest book is coming out in July (supposedly). It's simply the best fantasy series I've ever read. T.H. White's Once and Future King comes close but that was a different style in that book was intellectual. This series is just so darn unpredictable! It's like West Wing and Lost rolled into one! Pity it has taken over a decade to get this series a little past the halfway mark...

I tend to read several things at the same time. Currently I'm reading Harlan Coben - Play Dead, Patricia Cornwell - Port Mortuary, and Michael Connelly - The Fifth Witness. Many of the other books posted here I already read.

Could I extend the question and ask how many books you read per week or month?
My average is 2 to 3 a week and then the many comics I find here.

Reading old comics once in a while; mostly Conan and SpiderMan.
