wow this is way better than the first round already......I'm going with wyncham based on the fact that he doesn't have a problem destroying complete worlds. Not that Manhattan wouldn't but I think he might hesitate more than clyde would......

Wow, this is a tough one. I've not read any Clyde storylines, just his Wiki.
I'm gonna go with Dr M as he has already proved he can remake himself
