A super great comic, I don't know why there wasn't a thread for it yet.

Like I wanted to say before I was gonna get off topic really fast with talking about the comic book. I remember seeing a Goon Vs. Dethklok comic book at least I think it was that I forget.

Yeah good call on the thread.

Goon Vs. Dethklok is the only Goon comic I don't like. That just went all wrong.

I see so whats the short gist of The Goon comic? I mean he isn't a super hero obviously he just looks like some stereotypical looking bank robber.

Goon is pretty much a one man mob trying to get by running the town with his friend. The place also happens to be overrun by weird shit like werewolves and zombies. Hijinks ensue.

It sucked me in pretty quick, I started reading an issue or two then before I knew it I was all up to date annoyed that I'd have to wait for a new one to come out.

It is it just doesn't really come out on the regular anymore so you might be waiting a while between issues if you're up to date.

Well I don't know much about The Goon but thats probably due to the fact he doesn't really have any arch-nemesis like someone they could use over and over again for him to face. He just keeps the town his is some sort of mob boss of straight and in line and protects and lets be honest how many times can he face these supernatural creatures. But then again they have been able to do that sort of thing for many seasons with Supernatural.

He does have an arch-nemesis, I'm pretty sure it's mostly due do Eric Powell being super busy with other stuff and not being able to dedicate as much time to it as he use to.

Then I guess you answered your own question of why. Was he one of the guys from the video asking to make a Goon movie possible?

I'm not sure if he was in the video or not actually. Besides the Goon he's been doing a bunch of other stuff, most recently I think the new Godzilla comics.

Maybe its not just because he is busy perhaps he may be having difficulty writing what should happen next.

Could be, the last issue was pretty much just an entire issue making fun of comic reboots. Though if I remember right it was kind of in the middle of a story right before that.
