True, but I thought his performance sucked, too.
I think the best two Batman actors were Adam West, and Christian Bale.

To everyone that tells me
Everyone thought Michael Keaton was gonna suck, and he didn't
I always cynically think "But ... we were right about Clooney."

Re: Batwoman Discussion

And here is the other thing I didn't like about this new story arc Batwoman is under: Batwoman already had a great supporting cast: Her cousin Flamebird (later Hawkfire) Her father (ex-colonel special forces) An elite team of international military experts that had trained her and she was starting t...

Re:

Please ignore this comment - it was meant to be on the Batwoman thread. Move along. Move along. /backs out quietly I can kind of see your confusion here. Both have: Toughness as a quality and an attitude. Flowing cape/cloak. A supernatural angle to the storyline (post-Nocturna) But I think any comp...

Re:

Not a recommended read then? I'll be honest, I haven't bothered with Batwoman since the New 52 relaunch. But I was totally lost by the Futures End issue - it didn't make any sense, but by the sound of it that fits right in with this!! It WAS good. Started sliding downhill around the early 30s (but ...

You guys don't know Ezra Miller? You have to check out We need to talk about Kevin. Guy can really act. Oh, good. So the one coming out in 2018 might be worth it. n July 2014, as part of the San Diego Comic-Con, DC Comics announced Justice League: Gods and Monsters for a 2015 release. The movie, se...

#36 compounded the confusion I felt from #35. We went from Outer Space to an abandoned warehouse (or was it a junkyard, the art is kinda blank on the background) where a cult was burning some lady (witch?) at the stake. And Batwoman went from fighting Nocturna to going out with her to fancy restaura...

Ghost (Dark Horse)

Ghost #9 starts a new story arc for the series and like it says on the cover is a great jumping on point for new readers. I'd recommend this series for anyone looking for: Great artwork. Harvey Taliboa manages to get as much detail as he can out of each line without crowding out the panels when a lo...

Heck, there are plenty of people who think the Nolan Batman films succeeded in spite of Bale at times so let's leave those opinions at the door. Um, okay. So if I don't agree with you I should just say nothing? What would that accomplish? You'd just hear endless echoing of your own thoughts. I tota...

Re:

I'm in for Batman: Shadow of the Bat but not sure on some of the others. Yeah, I like Larry Hama so that one might be one I pick up. A couple others looked good, too. But is it just me or does the chance of seeing these characters one more time seem less then exciting since they are all going to be...
