It was really good, I read the first volume, and I am now anticipating the second. the art is beautiful, I love the world they've made and I like the pov being that of their daughter, I can't wait to see where the series goes.

I just grabbed the TPB. If you are a late-on-the-scene kinda guy (like me) then this is the best way to catch up, I think. And as a new reader ... I love it!
The art is expressive, the writing is familiar yet provocative. It's like going into that store you pass by on a daily basis, and upon finally going in finding out that they have exactly what you have been looking for.

Well, I was able to find #7 onward so the TPB suited me perfectly.

I started picking up singles, so far 10,11,12 and im going to pick up the trades as they come out, sure it's redundant but i like the trades a lot because i can't wait monthly lol, but i'm getting it monthly too because i can't wait for the quarterly trades too :) Love love love this series, Fiona's art is stunning in every way.

I accidentally picked up issue 8 of this book (I know sometimes fate has a hand in your world that you cannot be ready for) and was just riveted to floor for the whole issue, needless to say I went back and found all earlier issues and have enjoyed it since then. Reminds me of early 2000AD/Heavy Metal stuff, just out there and fun.

Sidekick due out soon looks like it's going to be pretty good.
It Girl and the Atomics is good, and due out soon in TPB form.
And my personal fav, Skullkickers! It's like D&D starring Bruce Willis.

Yeah, I was thrilled to see volume 2 come out at my store. And also surprised that the store ordered so many (I think like a dozen?). Apparently volume one sold out over and over.

Who knows, maybe one day AMC will do a weekly Saga television show? lol

I'm kind of holding out on getting trades of this because I feel like my bookshelf would be much cooler with the Saga hardcovers on it...then again I'll probably end up getting both the hardcovers and the paperbacks

That would be awesome. I'd say it would be a really hard sell to producers though!

Just caught up as far as issue 12 and loving it.

Spoiler: show
The stalk is a bit disturbing, in a good way.

Dialogue is pure BKV and I'm really enjoying the artwork. It's one of the few books where I find myself going back to pages to admire the art after reading through first to find out what happens in the plot.
