Who do you guys use for your comic printing - is there a preferred supplier that people rate on here or is it pot luck as to who will offer the best rates and quality?

What I want to know is if any of the users on this forum have a preferred supplier for their own comic printing - I know exactly how the comic industry works as I've been collecting for over 40 years.

Actually I don't think that many of us do something like that. I haven't heard of any, at least. I'm not sure how helpful we can be in that regard.

I have worked in the printing industry for 24 years, operating printing presses, big run comics are done on a web press, anything with high volume is done on a web press, being that you want to self publish, I imagine the print run will be low numbers, and you would go either offset sheet-fed (expensive) or digital, your best bet would probably go digital, although offset is a better quality, I suggest you go to a local printing company, or even a Kinkos, and get a quote.
