This movie was pure-dee awesome on a big screen.

*Kato is total whup-ass.
*The car was everything I ever wanted in a car, and some more stuff I want now that I seen it.
*Cameron Diaz, eye candy.

I found myself holding my breath on some of the chase scenes. And I laughed so hard my sides hurt.

Now I had the opposite reaction.I could not see Seth Rogan as a comic superhero. Pudgy and perpetually immature. The movie had just enough action to keep my interest past the many scenes where I wanted to just throw something at the screen to shut him up! It was a lost opportunity to do a great superhero movie.

I read reviews that said this film was pure crap, so I went in thinking I was going to be totally let down. Let me tell you, the best way to watch this film is to think it's going to suck. Suddenly I was amused. And then I started enjoying myself. It's not an amazing film, but it isn't dull and it is worth watching. Kato is hands down the best part of the film. He is also secretly funnier than Seth Rogen, who is already pretty funny. Decent movie, worth a watch. Strange film coming from Michel Gondry, totally not arthouse or mindbending, but still interesting.

I can honestly say as a comic book fan who has seen a few of the original tv eps, it was rather dull. And I wasn't sure if the role didn't suit Seth Rogen or if it was the other way round, he just didn't seem comfortable.

Overall - avoidable and I won't be watching it again tbh
