I managed to be unspoiled about Infinite Crisis, so the sudden re-appearance of Kal-L et al was a memorable moment.

the final page of Batman & Robin Eternal #9

the modern debut/return of Jean-Paul Valley/Azrael/Azbats, an often overlooked member of the Bat-family, also known as "the man who broke the man who broke the Bat"

My OMG moment was near the end of the Onslaught/X-Men where Onslaught was about to kill Jean Grey. Onslaught tell Jean that "The Dream is Dead!" only for Wolverine to say something (I can't remember what) and an Optic Blast hits Onslaught out of nowhere. The next panel is the X-men, who were thought dead until that moment, jumping from the higher floor to confront Onslaught and leads to Bishop to change history and save everyone from a killshot from Onslaught. Too bad the rest of the crossover was a letdown compared to previous Marvel Events.

My two OMG moments are: The Death of superman on the hands of doomsday, and Hal Jordan going insane and killing all the GL corps.

Interestingly my two moments have both been retconned or negated by later events, but that's comics.

Hal Jordan going insane over the loss of Coast City and taking down the entire Corps. Fantastic character moment. I understand why some Hal GL fans were upset and I too have enjoyed some later Hal stories, but blaming it on another entity lessens what was a fascinating story.

Jean Grey (the original) killing herself on the moon to stop becoming Dark Phoenix again. I know it wasn't the original writers' intention and that it has been retconned to be a duplicate created y the Phoenix force, but still it was a very well written story line that mad perfect sense in the moment.
