Good morning All,
My name is Chris, I am new to this forum (just found it through google) and I am looking for help and advice on selling my collection.
I have a large collection of comics, mainly Marvel and DC but with some Image and a few independents dating from the late 60's to the early/mid 00's but mainly 70's, 80's & 90's.
There is a wide variety of titles,a few short runs of some and maybe a few rare/valuable ones but mainly just an eclectic collection of what ever I could get hold of in the days before comics were as easy to get hold of as they are now. Most are in good condition or better.
I would like to sell them as one job lot but I don't think I would get a good price for them so I am toying with the idea of putting them in picture frames and trying to sell them on e-bay as individual collectors/decorative items.
Has anyone else on here tried this and if so, how did it go?
I would be grateful for any ideas on the best way to sell my collection and or any contacts/links that may be useful.
Thanks in advance for any help that you can provide.
Kind regards, Chris :deadpool:

I think Ebay is a good place to sell your collection. I myself bought a large number of comics through Ebay. Collections are normally sold quickly with a lot of competition for buying.

Think your best bet would probably be pulling any really expensive books and trying to sell them individually then putting the rest together as a bulk lot for a quick sale.

A local convention might be worth getting a table at, depending on the quantity involved.
