Joker for me. Both have the psychosis box ticked but Goblin only ticked it with a blue ballpoint as he still had the megalomania thing going. Joker ticked it with many colours of fluorescent highlighter & added sparkles for good measure - no way Norman could hope to beat that kind of nutcase.

GG all the way.. not only is he rich and powerful, with tons of gadgets at his disposal, but he possesses superhuman strength, stamina, reflexes, durability, agility, a healing factor, and a genius-level intellect, even though he's insane.

GG may have all the gadgets, weapons and strength, but Joker would win it. He's a seasoned veteran and would find a way of defeating Gobbo.

Joker IS the better one.I mean he is more twisted then goblin & would go to any extent to defeat him.He is also more evil(The Killing Joke)

I also vote Joker cause Joker as already said is psychotic and I bet he would laugh in the face of Green Goblin and that would work out in the defeat of Green Goblin. And the reason I bring it up is cause in The Dark Knight he was getting punched and on the verge of dyeing and he was laughing as he was. And for someone like Green Goblin he would probably get frustrated and angry and make a mistake that Joker would capitalize on and beat him.

Idk, :goblin: HAS managed to get pretty much the ENTIRE MU under his thumb...for goodness sake, he knows Barack Obama (whom he's trying to kill atm..)! lol... In the past, Normie orchestrated a plot that made :spider: bust him out of jail, and almost killed M.J., Aunt May and Peter in the process; and would have succeeded, if the whole damn MU didn't show up to help (this plot kind of reminds me of the Killing Joke, because of :goblin: 's intent to drive :spider: crazy [I think anyway.. lol]). Also, during a recent mental breakdown in Thunderbolts Mountain, he crucified the Swordsman and killed tons of his own guards all while singing a morbid little tune... I just think ol' Gobby is a lot smarter, and a lot more powerful than :joker:; and when he loses it, I think he gets it more lost (thb, I think Mr. J kinda fakes his crazy)... Joker just gets a lot more praise and attention in (and out of) the comics, but I think realistically (in a loose sense of the word, because I do know that this is a comic book battle... lol), Norman would whoop him.

Can someone direct me toward some significant Joker literature that may sway me? Something that shows him tussle with someone other than the :bat: perhaps?

How can we do that when Joker is a Batman villian and the only comic books we would find him in would be Batman comics.

Team Ups? Crossover events? ... I've seen him fight both Spider-Man and the Punisher

Well IDK really might need to ask funk or spaced on which comic books would be best to read that you are refering to.

Thanks Spaced... just to make it clear, any Joker stories you recommend will do... I'm just curious to see how he fares with people other than Batman

Another one is the Last Laugh crossover (basically Joker vs. the entire DCU) -> joker-last-laugh-32-part-crossover-t1017.html

And these are all vs. Batman but are pretty much classics:

Strange Apparitions -> batman-strange-apparitions-tpbk-t1231.html

Killing Joke -> batman-the-killing-joke-t183.html

Death in the Family -> batman-a-death-in-the-family-t1225.html

i upped tht lol
Joker is (to use the common term) "a crazy bastard", he would show up at Normies house n offer to make the pencil dissappear (hints at the Dark Knight)
