What came before Invincible Iron Man? I was reading it and I saw that Tony had the Extremis virus.

Also, does Pepper look like Nicole Kidman? :|

Invincible Iron Man runs parallel to the other Iron Man ongoing title, Iron Man: Director of S.H.I.E.L.D.

IIM #1 had a "cover date" of July 2008, same month as IM:DoS #29.

To complicate matters, the Director of Shield run was originally also called The Invincible Iron Man untill issue #15 I think...

I've read the Iron Man 6-part Extremis series. Where does it continue after that? I just started reading Invincible Iron Man and Tony apparently has the Extremis virus. So does Invincible Iron Man continue after Extremis?

Yea it keeps going through that until it becomes Director of SHIELD and ends at issue 35. From there it restarts as Invincible again which has him on the run from Osborn.

Not exactly right. The second Invincible title didn't take over from DoS, it ran alongside it for a few issues and continued on when DoS finished.

I was hoping someone was going to get around to killing Anthony " shit brick" Stark, God know's he deserves to suffer for all the shit he caused with the Civil War, shame Thor didn't finish his ass off over the whole cloning issue. I used to like Iron Man, I don't like what Stark turned into. the new "Hawkeye" needs to hit a "Bullseye".

Hey he tried to keep things cool but in the end he had to pick a side. It wasn't easy for him but he decided that order is more important privacy.

Or he was whining because everyone already knew who he was. He had no reason to be on Cap's side. His vanity made him the posterchild for the effort.

Well pardon him for making a tough decision. Im sure had he known that Steve was gonna die in the end he would have acted differently but thats how it happened.
