Does anybody else realize none of the Joker actors have been funny accept for the animated ones such as Mark Hamill?

And out of those 3, I would say Nicholson, he had him down just as he was in the comics, with the random killings of henchmen and everything.

If I could vote for ANY Joker, I too would vote for Mark Hamill from BTAS.

That said...I'd go with Ledger.

I do get that most of the live actino Joker's weren't funny but and mostly Jack Nicholson as Joker and Heath Ledger as Joker there characters had like a insane type of sense of humor if you get what I mean.

Yeah, Ledger's Joker had a very dark sense of humour to it. I mean come on, "I'm going to make this pencil disappear" - how can you not laugh at that?

Saying that Mark Hamill doesn't count because he just did a voice is ridiculous. Just look at any animated Joker that was voiced by someone else, it's not even remotely the same thing. He brought that character to life in a way that no other actor has been able to pull off, and I use the term actor deliberately. Voice acting is just talking, it IS acting, and Mark Hamill is, in my opinion, the best actor to have ever portrayed the Joker.

Ledger is the closest thing to the animated version. So my moneys on him.
