This entire arc is a rapfest. Can't wait for the next major what super hero is now the major villain arc. God, what is this if it smells it sells philosophy.

Yup, the media at large just can't seem to grasp the concept of a spoiler, or at least not when there's the chance of a big headline to be had.

Especially when it was only 2 cross-overs since it last happened! One, if you consider most of the X books were untouched by Fear Itself...

"Untouched???"

"Hi, I'm Colossus and your minion Juggernaut is serving another dark god now. How about you give me his power and I lay some smack on his ass? K? Thx! Bye!"

I'm paraphrasing, of course, but that would seem to have "touched" the X-books pretty significantly.
Just sayin'...

Well there is that... I'm an idiot, I forgot the 4 or 5 issues of Uncanny. Sorry!

after reading all issues up to this point,I realized that the X-franchise would work better off as a separate universe to 616,crossing over with the Avengers on thanksgiving on rare occasions, kinda like what JLA/JSA did back in the day.

to elaborate, being a mutant in the main universe isn't as that big a deal when you have people who had their powers triggered via radiation or cosmic rays running all over the place.

I think Lex has a solid point here. How is the anti-mutant hate in any way understandable, when there are way way more villians ,which are non mutants then mutants?

Mutants are humans who were born abnormal. It's a genetic quirk, so could happen to anyone. Being turned into a Hulk can only happen to people who've met Bruce Banner, so it's more random. Not everyone can go in an unprotected rocket into space.

So the anti-mutant sentiment is simply jealousy writ large. Like how angry you'd feel if your next-door neighbour won a large lottery jackpot with the ticket you were behind him in line to buy. You'd want to fire-bomb HIS house.
